Favorites, as in favorite saved websites. You know what's a weird word: Favorite. Fav-or-ite. Who made up that word?

Anyways, I'm super bored today at work, so I though I'd post some links for you other bored people to check out.
Most of them are entertaining, time wasting, and/or interesting and funny.
Take from it what you will.
    Enjoy.
Oh, don't worry. No porn. After all, I am at work.

i prefer the label used by the other browser(s): bookmarks. makes a bit more sense to me, though i suppose you could say they are often the ones i favor visiting, although i sometimes bookmark them just so i can check back later and make a more detailed determination whether the're some place i want to keep going back to frequently.

at any rate, i don't, if i have a way, know how to use it, to copy them all en masse, to dump them here, not that the list would fit a single post anyway.

probably the most frequent place i visit besides here is nation states.
but there's a zillion of them in my mind clamouring me first me first to be mentioned
there's biorust and vcl, where i post much of my 3d generated artwork.
there's a japanese railfan blog that links to, and appearantly provides, i can't actually read the kanji, i just fallow the links, a huge archive of photos of japanese trains and other things like shrines, buildings in general, and stray cats, that's called something like nekosaki, the blog in question is called web and something, if forget right of hand. that's the wonderful thing about bookmarks. i don't HAVE to remember all those detailed, sometimes odd, exact spellings to get back to such places.
there's kind of a shaired web fanzine about an immaginary furry island archipelligo to which i've made a few modest contributions, called spontoon. started by a guy and his s.o. who seems to be an enthusiast of 1930s seaplanes.
other places i frequent are svls, the local 'live steam' i.e. trains just big enough to ride on, sometimes called hernia gauge because that's what you're likely to get if you try and pick one up by yourself, group. there are a number of train sim sites if visit semi-frequently, along with the european railway picture server.
there are places dealing with the 3d program i use, blender, and the doing side of 3d artwork in general. furry sites and archive galleries, furry and more inclusive fantasy.
then there are sites of musicians who make the kind of tecno-ambient electronica and other generas of music that i like, and some guy who is i think some sort of promoter of them over in europe, eastern europe somewhere even, who maintains an modest linkfarm to them.
i should list the subdirectories i've devided my bookmark file into and the kinds of things in each of them, but already this post is approaching it's size limit.

i think i've listed some of my spicific favorites in previous threads on this subject. perhapse i will again. if this thread is still here next time i get around to it.
