Go to a higher authority. How are they harassing you? Make sure you have documents of this, or witnesses!

the staff as in teachers? teachers are harrassing you? harrass them back, they cant do that

 

do something really big that shows them you mean business and so they know you did it but dont leave any proof behind, eg set their car on fire and because they have been bothering you so much they will know you are taking revenge but they wont really have any proof
