I ate bologna and cheese with no crust sandwiches everyday for lunch from age 3 till age 6. At age six I ate one right before ballet class, vomited all over my teacher and got kicked out of my dance company. That lady was a **** but I haven't eaten bologna since out of shame...

 

don't worry, I eat enough for the both of us. it is my favorite lunch meat. Ten times better than pimento loaf.

Bologna kicks ass, pimento loaf isn't too bad but the thick cut bologna owns all sandwich meat.

I have never tired bologna. I imagine what ever is in it can't be good for you.

 

bologna is just processed beef, turkey, etc depending on the type. I buy the "light" version and the fat content per slice is pretty low.
