Smokindude is FUCKIN HEATED

So im down the basketball court where tons of my friends go. Theres usually about 20 kids i know/friends with every friday night. So im there playin basketball, talkin to girls, drinkin a little with some close friends havin a good time. Then this fucking fatass that goes to my school came down, i said whats up and asked him for a butt, so he gives me 2 out of generosity. I was kinda tipsy so i yell out "john is the man i love this kid". I showed him my nasty switchblade i use for shotgunning beers, he looks at it, compliments it and thats done, i walk away.

So, at 12:20AM(about 2 hours ago from now) Johns friend joe calls my cell(this kid suckered my friend for NO reason , broke his nose, 1 black eye and 2 chipped teeth) just cause he was bored and thats the lifestyle his poor ass lives. Anyways, he calls me telling me that john said i was talkin mad shit about him(joe) and supposedly i called em a bitch and told him id stab him and all this other shit THAT I NEVER SAID AT ALL AND IS 100% BULLSHIT. So the kid told me to meet him at cumberland so he could bang me out and shit, i try talking to the kid nicely telling him i never said anything and i dont want trouble but he just wont listen and is only yelling at me to meet him now or he'll come to my house in the morning and beat the shit out of me till i was dead, and to watch my back wherever i go.

I mean im not scared at all, this kid is 20 and has no life but to look for fights. So many people have my back in my town its crazy, so many of my friends want to kill this kid. Hes just a scumbag in everyway. Anyways, i came to you guys for help. Should i get this kid jumped or what? He gave me mad death threats and shit so i think i just might have to. I mean i GOTTA do something, right? I know where he lives, all i would have to do is call up w/e group of friends i wanted to and they would be down to jump him in a second, they would litterally wait in front of his house with bats. But i really just dont know what to do. I tried my best talking to this kid, but he just kept talking more and more shit and trying to make me admit im a bitch and hed kick my ass. I refused to degrade myself like that and he got talked more shit, gave me more death threats and hung up.

But about the fatass john kid who started all of this for I HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE WHY is going to get it. I mean this is just rediculous, he had no reason to make that shit up about me. You dont know how much rage and hatred for this kid now. Im going to fucking kill him in school, i dont care if i get suspended it will be worth it. What he did was just fucking low.

I would say, instead of meeting him, try catching him off guard sometime
near his house if you have to, bring friends and an aluminum bat.

I don't know how much help I'm going to be able to offer my friend. I grew up in Suburban Littleton in a very nice neighborhood and never had experiences like this. When i lived in inner city st louis I was cautious about where I went and hung out. But I'll see what I can do.

You have a very limited number of options here.
1. Avoid him
2. Get all your buds together (not the green kind) and jump him
3. Get all your buds together and FAIRLY fight a group of his friends.
4. Try to fight him one on one with some friends there to make sure it doesn't get too outta hand one way or another
5. Call the police. Death threats are a serious crime. they don't look too kindly at switchblades either.

1. If you avoid him, he will eventually catch you and you'll be forced to fight or just get shitrocked. Bad option cross it out.
2. If you jump him, he'll eventually come back or his boys will and you and your boys will get fucked harder. Bad option cross it out
5. Most likely get you in shit for the switchblade and will come back to bite you hard from him or his boys. bad option cross it out.

The only plausible choices we are left with are really the same. If you can take him in a fair fight without getting too whipped, I vote this route. Because it takes it to an isolated level. Obviously have your pals there to prevent him from going psycho if he gets the advantage or you if you go bizerk. Or if you don't think you could fight him, have a larger group of your friends fight with a group of his friends. Just make sure your biggest pal steps in and gives you a bit of help. Both fights would have to be fair.

Being the suburbanite I'd probably ditch the blade so it couldn't be found easily, call the cops, and tell the story about showing john a knife you'd found on the bench at the court and hope there'd be no serious backlash.

and I have a friend that would kill him if he touched me, so yeah, it would prolly end in my friend going to jail =P

It's a damn good thing the only times I've been threatened lately were by total bitches I could totally take and did not feel threatened by in any way
I am seriously afraid of my friend ending up in prison indirectly cause of me =P

Was he sober when he called you? These things usually tend to happen when you're not, he might not even remember it. If he was totally sober though, I'd just go ahead and call your buddies to show who he's fucking with to teach him a lesson, but I wouldn't over do it. I'm not a violence supporter at all, but there's no other way with braintards like that...it's basically self defence, just probably 10 vs 1, but he asked for it.

i had my nose fractured less than a month ago from a guy walking in my house that had nothing better to do, besides being my recent ex girlfriends new boyfriends, either way theres idiots who want to hurt people in an un-controlled way always, just ignore the fat ass and the idiot starting shit or even set up the guy starting all the shit that would be the best thing, good luck

You see, here in teh good olde U. of K., if you're placed in that situation, you bang him out straight away. If death threats follow, you ignore them and twat him again when he's on his own. You only ring your friends when he's with HIS friends, and the last; the LAST thing you do is post the situation in an online thread and ask the opinions of others and act on them. What the fuck is wrong with you? You seem to have a serious lack of independence.
My advise IS to get your friends involved though, because you'd get the living shit kicked out of you by the sounds of things.

My advice, would be to ignore the kid that thinks you were talkin' shit abut him, and just have the kid that started the shit jumped. As far as I'm concerned, Joe(The kid that called you) doesn't KNOW that he was lied to. He may really think you said that shit, and if I thought someone was talking like that about me, I would also call them up for a fight.
Have the fat kid jumped, and (hopefully) it will somewhat show that it wasn't anything between you and Joe but just the fat kid that lied.
Plus, the fat kid deserves it... and Joe will obviously hear about him, and wonder what's up
