this is a long thread but really worth the read! Wow what a night. Me and my brother decided to go out and hang out with some friends it was going good bought my usual 20 sak from my brothers dealer. Then his friend said lets drink i was like plz take it easy you know how you get on booze he was like ill be fine. "I was sober all night" Then they started gettin' stupid acting the fool trying to get me to do shit. I was gunna leave them there then there gf's showed up and it calmed down. Then me and my brother went home when we got there THEN the shit started. He kept demanding to have all of my weed. then he said it louder in hopes to wake my mom and dad up. I kept saying go lay down you dont need it your to drunk he starts saying HEY stop talking shit POTHEAD BITCH YEA YOU SMOKE WEEEEED< hes yelling at the top of his lungs. so my parents wake up so i stashed my 20 sak in a box of pool acid in the garage thinking the cops wont come. Well it got WAY WORSE when my dad told him to leave while he stood in our driveway yelling NICKS A POTHEAD FUCK FACED BITCH HE SELLS POUNDS OF POT BLAH BLAH. then grabs sumthing smashed my windows threw shit out of my truck. this makes the second window smashing in 4-5 weeks. last time it was a crackhead acting out! so needless to say the cops where called and i got worried my brother would say alil to much. about 15 min. l8er 2 cop cars pulled up and put him in cuffs and 15 min's after that a young male officer in his 20's came in and says your brother said this is because of pot. I told him the whole thing i used to dont now. Then hes like he also said you have marijuana growing in your backyard thats consent to search your home. i have bongs pipes boxes and my 20 sak. so he pulled me outside said you guys are gunna be under arrest and put the pot plant on the car and then an emergancy call came on the radio saying a fatal stabbing need assistence so the other officers HADTO go. so the last one there was like ok now b4 i search your home you got anything i of course knowing no k-9 was around admitted to the obvious things. founded them brought them out at this time my brother was like ill take the rap for everything. and he did felony cultivation and drug parephenallia and property damage. SAD Sorry it was SOOOO long but i hope i get some good comments thx for reading oh and i still got my 20 sak but nuthing to smoke it with
ontop of all that it's the sheriffs and now they threaten to send out an unmarked k-9 unit at anytime!
Wow man, your brother is one of those guys who shouldn't drink, ever. I can't stand alcohol myself, long history of family abuse but I drink on occasion. I don't understand how booze is advertised 24/7 and in every local grocery store and pot is still illegal. It's all a big joke, I'm still waiting to wake up from this shitty dream @_@. yea i can hardly belive it myself and him telling the cops about the ONE PLANT that i had that had only ONE bud on it started this bullshit if he kept his stupid mouth shut ide be fine we all would no search nothing but he flapped that mouth a bit much but he took the rap for it all
That's pretty bad; especially since you told him not to drink beforehand to avoid situations just like this. Demand compensation.
If they try to get you with the weed charge it would be a waste of their time. They can't arrest anyone for that because that's not what they were there for. They can sure as hell confiscate it, but can't prosecute.
fuckin' rite he's got court tuesday and my cell is ringing off the hook from his friends! He is NOT normally like this hes a very sensitive guy usually and SOCIAL loves to talk. He also has ADD lol kinda sums it up in one word. he can be koo koo sumtimes like yells at random hot women on the sidewalk. ok well he's out now. He says he knows he was a dick and he IS sorry and willing to pay back for the loses. The cops knew we where arguing about the pot. They had called a k-9 unit to search my property. Thats why he told them about the plant so that my parents property would not get seized and the cop lied to him and told him that noone would get arrested if i gave the plant. But as usual the cops Lied. thats why my borother took the rap. sp I wouldn't go to jail.
