I just got my tickets for July 20 at Council Bluffs with RatDog and Keller together again!! This was the way I saw both of them live for the first time at Red Rocks in 2001 with DJ Logic and Karl Denisen's Tiny Universe. I read that for this string of shows Steve Kimock will be sitting in with the band on lead!

The show was GREAT! I danced my ass off all night. There was a lot of fuzz at the venue though. I'd guess it was because the show was at a casino. They played an awsome version of ashes and glass and steve kimock sounds so much like jerry at times it's spooky. Mabey steve is channeling???

hey, I was at that RR show. It was the year before I moved out here.
Yes, Steve is filling in for Mark K (see related thread on why if you don't know). Steve's been on fire, if you believe the FLOK.
I'm curious if they have worked "Cadillac" into the shows?
    anyone know?

^^^ratdog and keller played cadillac during their KBCO studio C session Monday afternoon. I was really hoping they were gonna play it Tues at red rocks, but no such luck.

yep. Studio C means "not gettin' played."
I won't listen: they are Clear Channel.
They have a nice "Ripple" in their studio C archives from about five years ago or so.

First time i saw him was at a great small theatre in boston...it was such a great personal show. He also covered a few dead songs. I've gone on to see him a few other times...including with ratdog and SCI. good shows all of them

WMD's is where it is at. I love Keller, but his looping has become some what repetative. Always with the Kidney, Feeling, Breathe, or Freeker. I am excited to see what this new venture will bring...

Good point. Keller and the Keels are bad ass though. I already have my WMD tickets for DC. I used to folloe Gibb Droll arounf religously. He's a better guitar player than Keller.

I love the WMDs and Keller and the Keels, i dont think i could choose between the two. My first keller show was in august with Ratdog and the Allmans and then i saw him again last sunday at the stone pony. He played Pepper by the Buthole Surfers and it was fuckin awesome. Later on he came out and played a few songs with a riegonal band called the Juggling Suns and that blew my mind. anyone who lives in the North East should go see the Juggling Suns asap.

p.s. dont see them at the pony, the sound guy there sucks and he almost ruptured my eardrums
