Whats wrong with my plant???

All of the leaves of this plant look like the pictures below. IS this thripes or somthing else?

There was a few threads about this in the grow forum and on grasscity.com's forum. Go check it out.

 

Sticky yellow traps are a must for identifying pests - mites are a visual check under the leaves (you will see white spots on top). However, your pictures look like a N and Mg deficiency. Whether due to pH being off or lack of nutrients you have to figure that one out.

looks like you've got some calcium deficiency.
