    My friend wants to feel better about himself, I told him to do some voluntary work. The act of giving to those needier than oneself should encourage self appreciation surely.

    Rustling up some fajitas this afternoon. I always like making them from scratch (except from the shells like). Even butchered the breast meat from a whole chicken. Got all the veg nicely sliced and ready to go. Trouble with making them from scratch, and not using one of the kits. Is getting the spices right...

    Currently looking for the right mix of chili powder, cumin, paprika and corriander.
