Hows it goin??

    This bit always sucks coz i never know what to say. so i guess hi is a good place to start. My name is Keith but my freinds call me Fontaine or font for short (its an island thing) Just stumbled accross this forum an it looks massive really looking forward to browsing thro it all an meetin/learning from u guys.. yeah anyways as i said im from an island that is approximatly 26 miles big or small however you look at it. i love rock music altho in my old age i find i am becomin more tolerent to other styles. I work as a personal trainer but im not a complete health freak, i do enjoy the odd spliff and beer (sometimes, when i feel i feel real crazy both at the same time). im generally happy-go-lucky an i just like spreading my goodwill around an get annoyed when others dont show the same coutousy. anyways im rambling. so yeah, just thought i would drop in a say hello, looking forward to meetin ya all. Oh yeah an also i seen people have their own little pictures an quotes that come up on the bottom of their posts how do i do that???
