Extraction -> basification -> smoking? I think that would work. Maybe just extraction -> smoking. I remember that a lot of the amphetamines can be smoked just as the HCl salt. I wouldn't try just crushing up an adderall into fine powder and smoking it. I'm pretty sure those binders don't "toast" too well at all.
