My friend is buying me two gel tabs of acid tomorrow. She said she's getting me two because another friend of her's said one is fine but with two you get a better effect. I'm all prepped for the trip but my only concern is will I still be tripping come time for work? I'm gonna take the acid as soon as I get it which might be at 3-ish or maybe even 4 (it all depends on when my friends get here.) I know that a trip can last for as long as 12 hours but will two hits have it last for a whole day or will it have the same time duration? Keep in mind I go to work at 7:30 in the morning
This girl kind of talked me into trying LSD (though I was curious), and I felt anxious about it in kind of a bad way, then the funny thing is she pussy'ed out of the whole thing and then I ended up buying it on my own and doing it on my own (got lucky I bought shitty shit though, could only imagine if I took 4 hits of the good shit on my own). And as far as duration goes, you'll be fine I guess. It mostly depends on how long it takes to kick in (at least for me). The best acid I ever took, took 2 hours to work. I was tripping strong for at least 7-10 hours, but I mean.. when you come down from the loss of mind (mind fuck), you can pretty much function pretty well despite the fact you're pupils may or may not still be the size of your Iris and you still may be hallucinating (its pretty much just intense melting, especially if you close your eyes). But by 7 am even if YOU WERE still having effects, you could manage through it well. It would simply be like.. hmm? Simply twists and shit every now and then, but that's IF you got some crazy shit. I doubt anything would go wrong.
acid is predictable... Much more so the shrooms...its alot easier to have a great time on acid then eith mush...and alot less anxiety. For me anyway, all drug experiences are subjective so thats just my POV
on your first trip with two tabs. Make sure you have 12 hours to cope with what you've just experienced. Unless your "work" is some crappy job that is goign nowherewhilst you study to become a somethign or other which will entail you finding a better job that you care about. However turning up to work tripping is always a bad idea. after 12 hours you should be in a state to face the world even if its a little dazed and confused.
My friend couldn't cop the acid but is getting it for sure next weekend. I'll let you guys know how it went.
Yeah, I can't really agree with this. Acid might be predictable if 1. you've done it several times and 2. you have a really strong head on your shoulders, but how many people fall into that category? I also think there is a lot more anxiety associated with acid than mushrooms. Maybe it is easier to "have fun" on acid, but I also think panicking is a greater concern. Anyway, you might be able to go to sleep by midnight if you take it at 4. Be warned, though, lots of people trip at night thinking they will be going to work the next morning, and it rarely happens.
