Hey there! I decided to work on a project at work! We sometimes have to check out temporary badges to visitors. Sometimes, the visitors don't speak/read English, and have no idea how to fill out the forms. I really think it'd be cool to translate this form into spanish and help them out!! I know a decent amount of spanish, but my classes never really taught us that much about the accent marks when writing. Since this will be a semi-official form, I'm wondering if somebody would be so kind as to help me translate this section using accent marks and everything! Thanks a lot for any help!! To Translate: "Per Export Control Regulations, citizenship must be documented for all visitors, employees, and contractors. In addition, all visitors, employees, and contractors are subject to surveillance and search by Maxim Security and may be barred from certain areas of the premises or the entire premises. Per Maxim policy, badges must be worn at all times while on the Maxim property. Any person found without a badge will be escorted to Security. Badges will only be issued for the length of time needed and will not exceed 13 hours from the time issued. If the badge is lost, stolen, or damaged while in your possession, a fee of $12.00 will be assessed for replacement and required immediately." Then down by where they sign: "By signing this form you agree to follow all Maxim policies, guidelines, and directives including those set forth in this form. In addition, you acknowledge that you are subject to search and surveillance while on maxim property." Again, I can translate half of this by myself VERBALLY, but even though I could write most of it, I still wouldn't know where to put the accent marks, etc. I think it would be really cool to help some of our visitors out and make this a form they can read easily!
