Hey all. I would love some feedback on my body of work. I just finished redoing my website and would love any comments or criticism. Play around with the image thumbnails, they do stuff like resize and move around, there's a little explanation on the image pages... http://www.UrbanEden.ws/art.php The front page is random recent stuff, the series link is past work.
Thanks for all your comments. Sorry I haven't replied in so long, there wasn't a lot of action when I first posted the thread so it kind of got away from me.
Awesome. These are the scenes of desolation and deterioration I look for during my evening walks. Now I wanna be an Urban Explorer, like you.
your photos are really nice, the only criticism that i have it that you shoudl try not putting focal areas right in the middle of the page. try using the rule of thirds. but great work!
Fantastic images. Although I love graphiti too, its cool to get in, record the unchanged environment, and leave the decay to follow natural progression.
Nice work. I enjoyed the set up and easy access to the pictures Would it be possible for the pictures to enlarge without clicking on them? Like just moving the mouse over the picture and having it enlarge? If so that would be rad, and much easier access. Keep on doing bro!! ~PeAcE~
Thanks again everyone. Man on the Hill: My only concern with doing that is how would it behave... would the picture shrink back when your mouse went away? The reason it's click based is so that you can then drag them around. Useful for comparing several images or arranging them when looking at them. Give it a shot... after you click, you can drag the enlarged image around the page and enlarge others as well
Those are amazing! A good friend of mine does stuff like that. She took a picture of a lady bug on the side of a building and it was such a beautiful picture. I love pictures that represent simplicity-lets us know that everything in our world is art
way cool It's the exact kind of photography I like.. the things that are there, you see everyday and are not obviously beautiful.
