In about 2-3 weeks it'll be coming up to my dreads birthday. So much has changed, with my knots and with my life. New girl, new job, new friends. It's been an eventful year to say the least. I'm so glad i stuck to it this long and looking forward to year 2 and the changes that come with it! Heres some pics.. i'm quite heavily wrapped up at the minute.

and they help with knotting up? do you take them out at all? I'm just curious because I'd like to wrap up a few of mine.

Yeah you take 'em out if you like or leave 'em. They'll eventually matt in with the hair. They'll help your dreads shape, stay neat and lock up yeah, but they will stop them from fattening up as much, or so i hear! But i didn't mind cause i don't think mine will get much fatter lol, they've doubled in size :S

cool, well I'll have to go pick up some wool yarn then. I'm only going to do a couple in the back where I'm having the most problems.

Yeah it's really good for problem ones, also, you can fold the tip up when your wrapping it (if you've got rubbish tips like me) and it'll dread rounded when you take it off. That's what i found anyway :D
