i love ordering food online

when dave goes out of town, i order tacos for the girls, or a pizza, something like that, because they get really sad when dave has to leave. all i know is, ordering online is the best fucking thing ever to happen to me. they NEVER get the order wrong, they always have the special bits i request, like lime wedges or extra cilantro, the drinks, the extra cheese. FANTASTIC.

i don't know who you can order tacos from online... and i'm pretty surprised that they normally get your extras right, the idiots i work with always fuck up the extras no matter what, and when people order online, they tend to order tons of extras so there's more room for error.


also, when ordering online the website automatically tells you the food will be there in 30-40 minutes, whether we can get it there in 20 or it's going to be 2 hours.

online ordering can also be dangerous for delivery drivers. we don't deliver to the ghetto after dark because our drivers don't like getting guns pulled on them, so when someone in the heart of the hood calls at midnight and we turn them down, they just turn around and order online and we have to take it.

finally, people don't know how to order, then they pay by credit card, then they call the store to have me change their order to what they actually want, which i can't do when they paid by online credit card unless i spend 5 minutes on the phone with corporate, then go fill out meaningless paperwork. then they see the tip part of the credit card payment, put zero for the tip, then expect to be able to change it when the driver gets there, which they can't so the driver gets stiffed.

sounds sucky. i order at etacodelmar. they do it perfectly. there's no ghetto of any sort in fort collins, i always tip AT LEAST two dollars, since finances occaisionally come into consideration. online ordering is the easiest and best thing ever to happen to me. papajohns does a good online ordering, too.

 

When Daniel worked as a driver for Pizza Hut, he said some of the drivers at the Pizza Hut (not the one he worked at) that served the ghetto carried guns with them. Totally against company policy, sure, but who wants to take chances?

Anyway, we order online from Pizza Hut sometimes because they have online specials that kick ass most of the time. In fact, I think that's what I want to do on Friday. What a great dinner plan!

 

I'm a bit of a chef, and I try to keep my carbs down, so i don't order pizza much.

But I agree ordering food online is the best thing ever.

I do enjoy cooking, but just once, for shits and giggles I'd like to try it.

 

lol. i prefer my food to be as close to it's oridinal state as possible, to be honest. i don't like a lotta cream sauces, or any sauces for that matter.
