I mentioned before that my FF7 is all kinds of messed up, right? Disc one is in the worst shape, so I can't even get started. Anyway, i was trying to looking up ways to fix it, and came across a few home solutions....one using toothpaste, another using 3000 grit sandpaper and rubbing compound, and one suggesting car wax. Seems to work for everyone else, but to be honest I'm afraid of doing even more damage.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with these methods? I'd like to know for a fact that there are actual human beings out there that have tried something like the above suggestions and can tell me if they do indeed work.

And I've already tried the store bought shit...didn't work....just to let you know...

the only thing of the ones you listed i've heard work is toothpaste, just because it fills in the scratches well..

other then that if u want it badly go out and buy a pro disc cleaner which u strap the disc into and it buffs and cleans it, they go for around 20$ i think
