Hey, to start off im 17 years old and im a senior in highschool I'm new to the forums but decided to join i have been smokeing alot of weed lately and came home last night and smelled like weed hella bad and my dad new what it was.......so i got busted he took my car my phone everything from me and is freaking out and makeing it into this huge deal which i persoanly dont think it is. Anyway im just feeling sad and depressed and was wondering if anyone here could maybe give me some advice or something to cheer me up thanks!
Try showing him some studies and information about it and how it doesnt have major health risks and such, even if you don't think he'd listen it's worth a try. Also try to show him that you can do it responsibly and not have it effect other parts of your life badly and maybe he won't freak out as much.
it also makes me mad because my dad smoked pot when he was my age, but when i do he gets so mad and yells
That's hurtin dude! My parents used to smoke pot, and they don't mind if I do now. Well, they do get mad when I am slacking off and smoking pot though... Good luck with your dad man, just keep on blazin and he'll get used to it!
all these kids think once they turn 18 they can move out and everything can be okay....rofl kids who move out at 18 are just setting themselves up for alota hardship, and the guy who posted it is 16!! haha if only you knew what "out" was

ya, my mom found me out due to her lack of respect for my privacy (eavesdropping). im just fucking pissed off, kinda entertaining though, coz she keeps saying "well you got experimenting out of your system and u never have to do it again", i have to stifle the laughter, especially wen she tries to make me believe the propaganda. she thinks that the real stuff is all a joke.
I agree. Some of the kids today think once they turn 18, they just move out and do what they want. It's a little bit harder then that. Trust me I tried. You think whats one payment. But after your first month, and all that partying and fun, and that rent bill comes in, the electricity bill, the light bill, the water bill, the cable bill, the cell phone bill, and the worse of all buying your food bill you realize how much it cost. I sold for a living since I was 16 years old, just from partys and to friends, and once I turned 18 had to go full time selling, and find a part time job on top of that because I couldnt afford the rent. I was actually robbing to pay my rent each month.
^so, you can't afford rent, yet a few luxury cars aren't a problem. I just read the only reason you got a job was a coverup, not for more cash.
I can afford rent bro. lol I moved here from another state. So when my friends are out of school during the summer I move back and stay there. When they go back to school I come back and stay here with the rest of my friends. Makes no sense to pay 2 rents when I won't be living at one half the time. And moving furniture and this and that back. Especially when my parents have a guest house for me to myself.
good post. anyone who thinks everything turns peachy when you're 18 is in for a terrible surprise. GO TO FUCKING COLLEGE. it helps to be on good terms with parents when you have to pay those bills. fucking kids who think they know everything pisses me off.
