Product Discussion - Locking Accelerator, Dreadhead, Dread Shampoo?

What are the consensus on these items? A quick google search for just 'dreadlocks' or 'make dreadlocks' ends up with all sorts of counter culture salon gear, but whats the point? anyone had absolutely fantastic results with an acelerator? or specific dreadlock shampoo?

 

If I was to make a shampoo for you and I said it would give you amazing dreads in 20 washed but you have to leave your hair alone and palm roll would you buy it?

That didnt make much sense but basically all you need is a good reside free shampoo and either back comb your hair or leave it alone and it will dread up without spending loads of shit products
