Am I too Old?

WOW, I have not done LSD since 21 and I am now 38. I still remember most of my trips. Like taking 3 hits of red gel, and hanging out in the pool and swimming towards the lights... Or taking hair gel and puting blobs of it on the wall to watch in slid down all with a black light on. Or laying in my water bed in the dark with a cig in hard to watch trails as I listened to Depeche Mode... Those were the days... Is it still that good?

 

not quite. today's acid is generally weaker, more impure, and more expensive because most of the good chemists are gone and the distribution is in ther hands of greedy dealers instead of good people spreading the love. you can still get a good trip if you take several hits though the side effects might be worse.
you are in a different stage of life focussed on differrent things so your trip might play out differently. physical symptoms and fatigue could also be worse. other than that, go have a good time! especially if you can find good acid.

There's plenty of really good acid, especially where you are. You'd probably have a fantastic time if you enjoyed it so much before.

lots of new unique experiences rather than reliable lucy with all the reasearch chemicals.. better to actually try to get a hold of it while it's still around in some places.

but if you want to find some good cid....if you looke hard enough and know enough of the right people you will have a fighting chance to atleast find some higher quality stuff....maybe not needlepoint or anything like that though unless you have sum godly connex and if you had such connex i bet you would most likely not bother to ask us but ask their opinions about it depending on how close of a connection tho :X

just figuratively dip your toe in a reliable pool of someone who is knows how to hook you up with that lucy girl if the water is to you liking.....but yeah don't do like some of the kids(and well me at one point) and just like hammer it doing it every day.
abusing it is appalling..atleast i think so now...doing it in tandem takes away from lucys spledour and makes her the equivalent of a binge drug

just doing it once and a while probably wouldn't be bad...just try to find some clean shit so you won't get the aches...i imagine the aches would get worse the older you get...hahah

 

Well I have been looking but no luck. And thanks for the advice, though I am one that does not over anything anymore. If you do too much it takes away the good parts and that can make things pretty bad. I have done my share of both and and bad drugs, I now know what works for me to keep me out of trouble and keep my good paying job...

I know in AZ ASU has every drug and in Indy IU has alot of stuff but most colleges have everything just talk to some college kids or if you know anyone who smokes weed get them to ask there dealers and friends to see if they can get any.

ummm or if yah got a family and have an older son (as cool as I am) talk to him haha... Id hook up my dad if he ever asked.

 

at first i saw that as completely judgemental then i thought about it and agreed.
there are many different kinds of people who gravitate around lsd...but those specific kinds are easier to spot and usually can point you to the right direction if they can't hook you up...but i'd bet they'd be sketched out if some older fella came up to em askin' for doses but i guess it all depends on your appearance and if you look sketchy or trustworthy to them.

also if anything if you have a family with an older son on that premise and he doesn't know how to get a hold of it then if you are wary about the college dudes gettin sketched oout bingo just have your son talk to them
but that all depends on who you are how people see you and all that...the human race=group of judgemental pricks...but being judgemental in that business is something you have to develop skills for...reading people determining the defined difference between popo and the middle aged man who is interested in doses...i guesss being young getting connections for that is a lot easier....not too young though....i'd say maybe 18years old-mid 20s...but once you develop some connections and there isn't any falling out you can trip for a shit long time ....as long as the dude your trust can get the shit
and the are just some dealers i know that are like....you want this this or this...i just have to drive like 15 minutes up the road and boom.
i love dudes like that...and the only people i know that do that are the completely legit ones....resoucefulness of the dudes are amazing

But it is a pretty factful statement that if someone wears a sublime shirt and has a cig in there hand there is a good chance they may at least smoke weed but many people in college who smoke know where to get other things for the sake of just knowing. Around here all my friends at school wear shirts from a place called Karma if they get high or trip because alot of there shirt are from well known stoner bands or have some small psychedelic refrence (mushrooms blasting off, crazy tye dye stuff, trippy in general). Anywho entables is correct, even if you do find a guy they might not even tell you cause there slighly paranoid that your older and by the way you look in general. Just be cool, smoke a cig w/ them, start a friendly conversation, if yah got any bud ask them if they wanna smoke the joint w/ you, then maybe ask about connections and hook ups... thats my method if im looking for drugs at IU and it seems to work then again im younger which may help but I know a couple people in there 50's (including my 'cid dealer) who trips quite often soooooo... good luck!

 

Dude, I am in the same boat as you.
I will be 34 in a month and think about the good old days once in a while.
I too do not know anyone that can get it, and to be honest I realy do not want to know anyone anymore. Just afraid that if I started regaining connections, I would start dealing again.

So instead, I have searched out legal highs such as Salvia, or at least highs that are legal to buy the stuff to extract the drug, just not legal to actually do the extracting such as HBWR or MG which you can extract LSA which is supposedly fairly close to LSD and the chemical is in the same family.
I got my HBWR seeds today and will start extracting probably this weekend.
Like I said, I realy don't want to get mixed up in the same shit I was several years ago.

BTW, how is the Bay area thes days? I mis it the area, just not the cost of living. (used to live in Jack London Square)

 

maybe investigate some research chemicals or pick shrooms...shrooms aren't not necessarily legal..but if you don't pick a selling amount you won't have enough to deal

 

i dont think your too old, tim leary was 40 i believe the first time that he took mushrooms and he went on to take more then 500 acid trips after that apparently. i wasnt around in the 60s or 70s but in australia our blotters are pretty strong we only ever have to take 1 and the most ive ever seen any one take is 4 and considering weve all been taking acid for a few years now they seem like strong and good, never had bad side effects. seek and you shall find, i plan on stopping my use of psychedelics soon for a long time and i hope by the time im 40 there is still some good acid going around so i can re experiment with it.

Wow acid is better these days for me. 2 hits and i stare at my friends face and we connect completley and first we both start to morph, then turn into a grotesque being, and then our faces dissapear completely. Thats when your mind seperates completley from reality. Happens every time I drop these tabs. I know a chemist in swedan.

first time i have heard this man.
i can't trust you on that one.
i'm pretty sure there are more chances on it being better than worse.
lsd is lsd but...there are the varying qualities...and dicks who make weak blotters more around nowadays.
since they busted so many chemists the quality shit is harder to come by cha kno.
not saying it isn't able to be gotten.
i am just saying commonly acid isn't as good as i think it would be 20 years ago.
