Adobe Premiere help please!

Howdy.

I've got a rather large file I have rendered, 1.17 GB. This is too large of a file for uploading to websites like YouTube. I'm wondering what the best compression tools are, so that I can shrink this baby down to size without losing ALL of the quality. If you have any suggestions, please post. Thanks.

 

for compressiojn just use what you got - mess with the different codecs till ya get the best compression ratio - theres nothin better out there

 

Right, I've been trying them out, but I don't quite understand it all. The problem I'm having right now is compressing it to a reasonable size without losing so much quality. I guess I just need to keep trying everything.
