    Dear Old Wolf,

Thank you very much for your reply. You are very kind to offer to put up your property. I have recieved some photos via email today and am considering the details of the purchase transaction. It is my feeling that it is best to make certain of the deal before proceeding.

Wyoming is the least populated state with even less people that Alaska. There is a vast amount of land available here and I have made up my mind that I will find a great deal here if I am patient. With patience and persistance we will find a great deal. However, I can also recognize a deal that needs immediate action. The property I have found on first glance does appear to be a great deal. That remains to be seen. I will have to personally inspect it to see if it lives up to first impressions.

Please also see the other postings to follow for more info on the progress of this project. There are other brothers and sisters that are willing to contribute to the cause and with all of us woking together we can make this work.

    Peace and Love,
    Power to the People.

    Dear Fred

Thank you so much for your reply. It is very kind of you to offer your support.

I see a project that will foster tolerence for other peoples opinions and their life choices. It will not be a "cult" or "religious nut" group. We will promote alternative power such as solar and wind. We will share the cost of food. We will plant a community garden for the greater good. We will eat meat or not eat meat. We will love one another and not hope ill will for anyone.

What you have and what we have we will bring to our community as something of value. It can be a trade, a profession or a savings account. It can be something else if you let us know. What talent you have is what we need.

There is so much that each and everyone can give. It will come from the old and the young. It will come from each one. We have our new chance and it is now. Come with us now.

Peace and Love my Brothers and Sisters,
    Roger in Casper, Wyoming

    Dear Brothers and Sisters

The Wyoming Commune is now on track! All are welcome. I have found a great cabin on 15 acres for only $130,000. Please let me know if you would like to come?

    Love and Peace,
    Roger.

    Roger,

    Geepers 15 a. and a cabin in wyoming for $130 K
Did not know land was so exp. in wyom. =@$3 K + per a.that's figuring the cabin at upwards of $75 K wheeewh.
Really think a bit more looking can bring you better than that - ..... or rather I Know it can

Please do not take this as a negative - but money is usually at a premium for startups and expenditures must take that into account.

I know you have mentioned better deals than this before.

This reminds me of the pros and cons of hitchhiking.

The guy goes to Wyoming to start a homestead, one of my all time favorite albums.
