Chocolate Truffle

    I tried the recipie today, spent a good while on it too... but instead of getting a nice, springy cake, I got this one inch tall hard brick.

    I added the baking soda, had it sit for a good fifteen, and popped it in the oven.

    Can anyone tell me what went wrong?
