The boss, a freakin' great muscian, not to mention live act, I saw him 3 years back and he played for 3 1/2 hours with so much energy. One thing though I appreciated when I saw him live is that Springsteen is a really good guitarist, he belted out some great solos in that show.
Can't say I know much of him besides the popular stuff, have heard his live show is incredible. I do however love his cover of spirit in the night, listening to it right now heh.
