yes, i agree with you about time and that it really does not exist. But the 11 11 sign is not about the actual time of day, it is about 11 being a spiritual number and what message spirit guides are trying to convey.
Woah, spooky thread. The other day I was asking for guidance and the next day was one full of lots of spiritual signs; little things, but special because they don't happen that often. I told my fella about it, he had taken £2222 at his shop that day, when he looked at his watch at the time he checked the takings it was 5:22pm, then he realised it was the 22nd. My son had started off the day talking about a dream he had of two ducks in his bedroom (he's only 2) and bingo lingo for 22 is two ducks? My fella then went to his tai chi class that evening and explained to his tai chi master about all the number coincidences, to which he replied " mine is 11:11"!!!! Apparently for many years, he goes to bed at a random time, as he feels like, and when he looks at the clock, it is always 11:11pm. He even phoned room service when he was on a holiday once to ask the time and it was 11:11. And when my fella came home from tai chi that night, without thinking about it I asked him the time, and guess what it was? And to add to it all, I come across this post today! What does it all mean? It all fits in with Carl Jung's principle of sychronicity - as soon as you notice something once, you will notice it everywhere, and the things you don't notice could quite possibly occurr just as much, but you would never know. Me, I prefer a more spiritual point of view, that day full of all those coincidences made me feel confident and strong, that my world has meaning, and that is important to me. I personally believe that this is the only reason why people notice things like the 11 11 thing. My mom says she always sees it, especially on clocks, but really as far as i can tell its not more often than it would be with any other number. I remember that as a kid, I was reading a lot of books and steadily building up a pretty broad vocabulary (i smoked most it away, unfortunately). Any time I noticed a word in a book or conversation that i was unfamiliar with or unsure of it's meaning, as soon as I found out what it meant I heard it EVERYWHERE. Now I know that whatever word it was didn't just suddenly appear in my life, I just comprehended it and paid attention to it instead of ignoring it and gleaning meaning from the other words accompanying it. In my opinion, the 11 11 phenomena is the same concept.
Ooh, thanks, that's the first time I've been quoted on here! Another thing to add, if you remember the time 11:11, you are only really remembering one number, 10:56 has four different numbers. Although I think our attention is drawn to certain things more than just because 'they were there.'
the number 11 is a very high spiritual number. and is a master number....... if you ever do any numerology on your birth date, and you come up with the number 11, or 22.... you are in luck.... you have one of the master numbers...... some numerologists include 33 in those master numbers too...... which I am.... a 33/6 number......
and I dont know what the previous poster said about it being linked with 2012....... perhaps??????? I mean if we all will get spiritual enlightenment in 2012, and 11 is involved, umm, doesnt that prove everyones theory?? but I thought if something does occur in 2012, that its on 12/12/2012........ not 11. but I also heard 12/21/2012 as well, which is the winter solstice...... and whatever else..... I think no one knows.
i never see 11:11. i always see 4:20, and i don't smoke. i figure my spirit guide is telling me to chill the fuck out. i suffer from anxiety.
The theory is that the great change will occur at 11:11AM on December 21, 2012... but I prefer to see the 'change' as a gradual one if even a change at all... I too see 11:11 and 12:34 ALL the time.. practically daily, and i hardly look at clocks unless its regular clocks(meaning, i dont see 11:11 or 12:34 on a regular clock, but only on digital clocks)... As with deja vu I consider the coincidence a sign that I am on the right track, being exactly where I'm supposed to be...(I fought with the 'idea' of "supposed to" for many years...but i can see how the spiritual realm could be allowed to think in "supposed to"... lovin'light
I can'te believe I am reading this. I never new of anything about this number, yet I run into it so often. I have lost count of how many times I have looked at the clock and it says 11:11. Trippy. I'd say maybe 10 times in the past 2 months I have seen it. In my car, my bedroom, and even the TV. Before I even got to this thread I felt something odd about these numbers.
haha. it's all based on 23 guys. 20+12=32=23 reversed. i could bullshit my way all around and make every single one of the numbers portray 23. 23 rules all in numeralogy. it ever has an amazing movie made for it. i was into 23 before the movie came out....like saw it...in the most random things. then the movie came out and that seems like a confirmation. and the relevance of the whole 2012 date is obviously 23. because 2 divided by 3= .666 which is of course a bit older recorded repeating number. if such a great change happens like that it will be influenced by such things in my opinion. i am looking forwards to such a day.
