Please help before heat runs out!!

Ok so i have been growing my plant for about 4 months. By now it should be budding and be pretty tall right? Well its only about 8 inches tall give or take and im running out of time and ideas to get the show on the road. Ive been using fertilizer (8-12-9) yea its low in numbers but i think the ratio is right..not completly sure..? But its about to be fall and out of season. She is forming her hairs and everything, crystals are there but even if she does bud i dont think the plant is stout enough to support them. Is there any way i can get the damn thing to start growing?? Plus no matter how little fertilizer i use the bottom leaves consistently die. Fertilizer recommendations??

 

i would suggest moving it inside and control the light with your own lamp and go 12/12 so u can get the flowering going. Dont fertilize it while its flowering inside just let it go

 

inside is not really a possibility for a number of reasons. Isnt it getting 12/12 light outdoors? Ive thought about the trash bag to help flowering but its so small im worried its gonna kill it. I got a retarted plant...4 months and 8 inches wow.

For next year, make sure your hole is dug properly, and amended. If i had to guess to your problem this year, i'd say you had a nutrient lockout, poor ph levels in the soil.

Next year, and a handful of Dolomite lime to the soil, this will buffer water and nutrients to about 6.5

 

8 inches wont veg anymore this year, figure out how to grow plants and try again.
The plant isnt retarded...
