Just a trick I learned from a friend a while ago.
nah, what you do is inhale a big puff of weed, and press your 2 palms on your neck really hard (if done right doesnt hurt), so you hold it depending on wish, but 10 seconds is a killer. u let go and exhale - tiny puffs of smoke come out, and u just feel everything rushing to ur head, u lose balance, self control, and go nuts for about 10-15 ec, also get alot higher. man i rarely use it around friends(all very embaressing moments for me, and pissing from laughter to them. ) what happened was (the thing is called a neckie, my friends were toking a spliff, and i done the neck thing, after i fell on the grass in the garden and started shacking and laughing all over the place, similar things happened at other times, id start walking off in some direction and almost fall over. they didnt get that, but i kinda usually done it sitting down alot also. tho when alone- i did it almost everytime i smoked a joint, the last 2 puffs would be used like that, my legs would start kicking stuff without stopiing flashes in my eyes, humming noise in my ears, vision goes blurry- and if done in the dark (perfect calm atmosphere) it seems like your travelling in an electro wormhole back in time or something. man i dont think its healthy tho

The reason that happens is because of lack of oxygen in the brain, hypoxia. Your brain places things there, that aren't actually there. If you jump on a trampoline for 15 minutes non stop, as hard as you could. And if you were to lie down, you would see all kind of dots in the sky. It could be a perfectly blue sky, but you see shit. It's the same thing, but within the mind.
you can don the elevator method. inhale and exhale really quickly in a crouched position then take a hit from a joint or watever else and you slowly stand up. then you hold it and and some one grabs you from behind and compresses your chest till you pass out... not real safe to do on ppl with heart murmurs or on normal ppl either but if your in a pinch and need to make a little go far it works.... just be careful.
