Thanks... I was trying to edit it and upload the pictures directly on here, so you wouldnt have to go to the link, but for some weird reason I was unable to.
weird. and the link isn't too much of a problem i tend to use photobucket for the images that I put up, makes nice little click-able thumbnails!
Nice pics. Seems you have a good understanding of light (specially the second one). Gawd, I sound so technical.
hahha technical is good Ill be posting more. Im happy you like them. The picture of the fan was the consequence of smoking weed after a long long time and having way too passive friend. I had to entertain myself
So I've decided to post all of the pics I want to show you here. -Trespassing -Lonely table - Mirror Mirror
Thanks guys. Here are some more. This ones as you can see haven been altered a little with photoshop, not too much, mostly playing with the contrast and color accents. -Amtrak -Sky trip -Dream Colors
More good work, I see you got a bit of a flare on the sky trip one. That is really annoying I have lots of trouble with the same thing when shooting into the sun. Changing the angle of the camera can help but then you can't get just the shot you want. I actually managed to make use of the problem with this pic http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/ff54/amongst_the_elves/brid2006049.jpg
I was on a plane when I took that pic... I dont know if it was the reflection on the window or maybe the angle, next time Im on a plane, Ill try chaing the angle to see if I get it right. and that pic is AWESOME.... Made me think of aliens.. lol
I took that pic at a disused gun emplacement on the Isle of Sheppey in the Thames estuary [England], figured a symbolic blowing up was the best thing to do with it LOL Someone is bound to have an answer to this problem and its probably really simple?
take the picture a few times with different combinations of shutter speed/aperture. i found it helped tremendously with this picture http://madilynn.deviantart.com/art/Subtle-Reflections-64758911
The picture of the plane was taken with a regular digital camera, no real option for shutter speed or aperture... and Im just learning about that now, so clueless I am (there's a LOT to learn)
Great pics. You have a great sense of light and composition. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff in the future.
