some new pics (what a mess)

so one of the reasons that I wanted dreads was to teach me patience.

thus far it's a hard lesson. it's only been 10ish days and I go back and forth between "these look good" to "I look like shit"

anyway, here's some pics :

 

just keep with em, man. it can take a while before they start to look "good"

 

and at the same time, keep in mind they ARE dreadlocks to be. right now they are gnarly and tangled, but they look very promisng. just keep watching.

 

I think they look pretty good for only 10 days. Invest in a comfy cap to wear on those "i look like shit" days and try not to think about it too much.

On another note, if you had blue eyes, I'd swear you were the long lost older brother of hummblebee!

 

I'm keeping them for sure. like I said, they are teaching me patience.

 

they look better today, at least I think so. I'm at the point where I think I'll just "leave them alone" as hard as that can be to do :

wow! those babies are going to turn out great, and once they start to form you are going to be sooo proud of yourself. good luck but just for the record, i do think they are gorgeous at this stage.
