ok, I'm drinking a "Dasani Plus" it's Kiwi Strawberry flavor....not so sure if I really like it or not, but I got it yesterday when I went shopping with my roommate...she already decided that she didn't like it at all.
Supposedly it has had vitamin B3, B12, & B6 added to the colored water....but is this stuff as healthy as they want u to think it is?

Well it has sucralose in it which is the artificial sweetener (splenda) so thats why I wouldn't want to drink it. Your body doesn't absorb it so it just kinda stays there... that and its not natural, so I just try to stay away from that stuff. But nothing has been proven or anything, its all up to you if you want to put it in your body or not.

its stupid, its just sucralose and artificial flavor. why not just drink water and eat some good food? artificial sweeteners are bad for you and whatever good things like vitamins might be in there, you can easily get elsewhere.

Water, a slash of fruit juice and taking a vitamin will do you just as well without the sucralose, plastic bottle and questionable flavoring ingredients.

Yeah, the whole health factor of these things is just hype. It would probably be even healthier to down some homemade sugar water... but in my opinion, both taste pretty bad. Plus, you don't need an overabundance of vitamins. You just end up pissing out the rest of what your body doesn't need.

And by the way, check to see if it has high fructose corn syrup... if so, I'd avoid that shit at all costs!

I think you should just stick with regular water.. it better for you ... you can get those other vitamins from eating other things... you dont need the added sugar
