hello, im looking for a satvia that i can grow indoors. i enjoy smoking weed that has a celebral uplifting high and after reading up on marajuana strains i believe this is mostly obtained from satvias. i wanted someone to recomend a satvia that doesnt grow too wide as lateral growth is limited (about half a metre) in my grow room but i have plenty of hieght (about 2 and a half metres). this is my first grow and i wanted to try a variety of both a mostly indica and a mostly satvia strain. So any body with any advice on what starins to grow please let me know.
Well there are a lotta choices, but here are a few. Heads call C99 the "holy grail" because it flowers in 50 or so days but has a total racing sativa high, the same can be said for apollo 11, but neither of these seeds are still around. You can buy f2s from Joey Weeds, and I have heard good things about those. If you want tospend some money then pick up rez's sour diesel ibl. No way it's really an ibl, but some peop[le on other boards are sayign that some phenos that rezs version is spitting out are even better than the origional clone. And also, later on today rez is resleasing "double strawberry diesel" which is a comblination of the sour diesel ibl and strawberry cough clone, only for $40 bucks at seedbay. Even if you don't plan on growing them out right away, I'd grab a pack of those if I were you. I don't know if you're gonna be able to grow a mostly indicaand a mostly sativa plant next to each other without training the sativa one heavily. Also sativas take alot more work and knowledge to grow, I think i'd stay with a mostly indica for your first try. They are very hardy. I loved ak47 when I had it, that plant is a good mix that is very easy to grow. I've heard good things about LUI (Legends Ultimate Indica) from Legends seeds, and I've grown blockhead from spice of life seeds and that smoke was rediculous.
thanks for all the help and advice. i think im gonna start with either blockhead or ak47 i was also thinking on the white widow or northen lights but i am so strongly tempted to attempt at least one satvia variety.
Early Durban from The Flying Dutchman is very sativa style high and taste. It stays fairly short so I think it would do well next to an indica.
