Most neighborhoods change when the white poeple move out.

 

or when they, or hoomans in general move in.
also when they trash the place so they can tear it down and put up a shopping mall.

planet earth is a neighborhood that is being trashed by hoomans (of all and varying degrees of epidermal melanin).

come to think of it, have you ever seen anyone who was actually litterally white? as opposed to say pail pink.

There's an Albanian that hangs around my village who's really white and has the pinkest eyes.

 

Have you ever seen anyone who was actually litterally white....yep.....dead people are very white during the first few hours.

I also have a friendd who is an elbino? Hes white,white hair, pink eyes....

well dead is kind of what i was thinking of when you mentioned white. although they don't usually move into or out of any place under their own power. i can't say as i've met too many dead people in the flesh though.

yah a lot of other life forms are white, or have white fur or feathers. not too many live humans though. siberian tigers are kind of cool. and ursus meritimus. though i wouldn't want to get too close to the latter.
