curious question

Though I'm not a drug user, I often read reports saying people get caught for possessing powder/pill of illegal drugs. When I was putting my drink package into the bottled water, I thought that this method can also be used to do drugs, and when heroin/coke gets dissolved in water it makes the cops hard to see. People smoke/snort/shoot these powders, which seems to be a little stupid, why not make those into drinks?

 

It takes more to act orally and the highs and rushes aren't nearly as intense. That's generally why a heroin or coke user uses them. Plus it would probably taste gross.
