cops

what do you guys think is better in this situtation: you get pulled over with 3 kids in ur car, everyone is blazed as hell and it smells like pot completly.

just straight up tell the cop u guys smoked and give the rest of your weed(a dime) to him to make it easier.

or try to defend your self and tell the cop you arnt high and that he can search your car and shitt.

the other day i was in this spot and just told the cop and gave it to him and i think he was so happy that he didnt have to deal with all the shitt cause he gave it back to me and told me to go on my way. i think being honest with the popo is the best way out as long as u dont have like a pound or sumthin

 

hey man, i live relatively close to you: im from buffalo.

but anyways... if the car completely stinks like reefer, and everyone is all red-eyed, obviously lying to the police is not the way to go.

however, if you've got shit in the car, and you dont smell/look like you've been smoking pot, and the cop asks to search the car, i would probably say no- as long as he had no reason to search your vehicle.

keep in mind we live in NY brotha; here the police just take your shit, give ya a ticket and you're on your way, so it is a lot easier to just be honest with it- in many states you're goin to jail, so that will likely influence a lot of peoples responses.

 

u got lucky with a chill cop, where i live all cops do is bust kids smokin, or speeding( u know stupid shit) nothin else happens in the middle of nowhere

Where I live (we have more police than any other township or region or something) there is pretty much zero real crime, so all cops do is be dicks to kids who are smoking. Their entire job is drug-related because I basically live in a conservative upper-middle class suburban area. I would sooooo much rather live a half hour out in a different dirrection because its out in the boonies. Very forested, way more liberal, really chill.

yeah, nice cop. In my experience its very situational. Being honest to cops can be good, being honest to cops can also tell them more than they already know.

 

yea it was weird cause he was a sherriff too so i definitly thought i was fucked. I got caught one time before this one probally like 6 mths ago and i had about 3 grams on me and the cop just grinded it into the ground with his foot infront of me and let me go. mayb i just get the nice cops
