I used to love liver when I was a kid. Probably wouldn't anymore. And when I was a vegetarian, I was a regular at Subway with my Swiss cheese, ranch, and lettuce on deli bread. It's still the best damn sandwich ever, in my opinion. I also eat cereal in my chocolate ice cream. Usually something like Kix or Wheaties...or Cheerios. That's my favorite dessert, lol. And tonight I have a really wicked craving for fried potatoes, sausages, and cheese.
I make that homemade from time to time. 5 pounds beef roast 5 pounds pork roast 3 pounds liver sage onions salt pepper few other spices boil until falling apart and put through grinder ( I do mine sorta coarse) and pack and freeze.
Once back in 1992, I was invited to my girlfriends moms party or something. The main course was Barbacoa de cabeza which you have to pick the meat off the cows head, it is similar to a roast beef.
I don't eat them all. Some manage to flip themselves off of the spoon as it's nearing my mouth. I take this as a sign of a strong survival instinct, so I toss them back in the river and watch them swim away. It's fun. MMM...meat...Delicious
falafel's not too weird but alot of people dont know what it is i make it [from a box, im a compulsive confesser] sometimes and since it feeds like 4 or 5 i always invite people over for dinner half the time someone's never heard of it they usually love it i dont eat anything very weird sometimes i take a vacation from being vegetarian and at those times i usually find that meat is pretty weird easpecially when its from some kind of chain place that adds meat flavoring to it i like to eat fancy snacks at home like pear and gorganzola or kalamatas and feta brie and watercrackers all very normal but a little fancy for someone like me

Fried chicken liver with hot sauce. mmmm I've had alligator, rabbit, freshly hit deer...umm and rattlesnake. The snake has a strange texture - but not so bad.
