Just introducing the LaoZi Academy. Master Dong Yang has recently decided to reach a broad community. As a result we have setup www.laoziacademy.com. There is a growing amount of information there and we have just added pod casts of Master Dong Yangs lessons.

    Kind regards,
    LaoZiAcademy.com

That's an assumption with no basis other than your own bitterness and resentment. I think you'd do better to just realize that buying pieces of jade is not going to help you understand anything.

I'll do and say as I see fit, without persmission from you.

The fact is that two thirds of the world's population live on less than a dollar a day, whilst fools imagine that by throwing their cash away on lumps of rock they'll move close to taoist wisdom. 499 days survival money. Think about that.

    Follow your own damn advice.

You say, you do and say as you see fit, yet, tell others how to spend their money, is typical of your hypocrisy.

If people want to spend a chunk of money on a lump of rock, who are you to tell them otherwise?

My goodness BBB, you seem to have attracted a heckler my friend! I have to agree
that money cannot buy wisdom. A lifetime commitment to grow as a person is the only way to achieve true wisdom. No little magic shortcuts will accomplish anything.

IMO it is totally contrary to the spirit of Taoism to imagine that buying a piece of jade will help you develop. What about the majority of the world's population who couldn't afford it, even if they wanted it?
    Are they to be excluded?

Same goes for a lot of these 'teachers' who charge large amounts of cash for their 'wisdom'. It's all mainly a con aimed at susceptible people, and it is extrememly dishonest. OK to cover your costs, but I suspect millions are being made in sheer profit from this sort of thing.

As for my pal - he can't help it. I have dared to differ from his opinions, so he feels he has to insult me, 'cause that proves he's right.

Yes, that kind of charlatan behavior has gotta build up some bad karma. Wisdom, like Love, is simultaneously priceless and free.
