If there are any cats in the Indiana area who are interested in attending a protest get ahold of me man. I'm lookin' to stage a protest against the Iraq war in Indianapolis here soon. But of course for a protest to work it needs people to attend it. Just remember the one rule is it must be peaceful. Just add a comment to this thread if you're interested, I'll be checkin' it every few days man.... peace
You might be able to find more people if you also post in the Indiana subforum of the U.S. forum. Good luck with the protest!
Hi there 'Indy Hippy' You would be best to directly contact these folks in Bloomington (have done protests) who in turn can give you good advice or assistance in protest http://www.greendove.net This is off the same site but more closer to check out http://www.bpac.info/ Hugs
Ahh, websites! Great idea, Starsrainbow! Here's some more ideas... A good way to find protests, no matter where you live, is to do a google search for anti-war/environmental/etc. groups in your area. Also, here's a good website, with a calendar of events for many different cities all around the world... http://protest.net/. It looks like you can add events and even create a calendar for your city. Peace, brothers and sisters.
