A Living Thing in my Bong!

Uh, yeah. So I go to empty out my bong and the water is dripping out slowly. I look to see what's up and see that a globby, grey, brain-looking thing is clogging the half-inch suck hole. AHHH! What the fuck! I shook it out into the sink and it came out in pieces. All of them could be likened to a part of callimari or a small squid you'd have at a Chinese place. I put all pieces on a white sheet of paper and took pictures of the fragile aquatic-looking membrane-ish things and also discovered two TENTACLES! They HAD to be tantacles! Short and curly and being straight only to return to a curled shape. Dark blue on one side and the same grey on the (top?) side. An additional piece that was much more compact and looked to be the CENTRE or CORE of what I found was also there. It was so silmilar to the other pieces, but biologically and by the way of animals, very different from the "outer, thinner" pieces (which coincidentially could possibly be joined as one into a complete object, roughly the shape of a miniature grapefruit). Uh, so yeah. I have NO IDEA. I keep my bong on the top shelf of my bedroom closet, so this is baffling.

Also, apple juice, not water, had been in the bong when I emptied it. ?????

Apple juice could get moldy and create that thing. That is really gross though, I would throw the bong away

 

I had a bong once in a similar situation. I dumped out the water from our window and it made the parking lot smell for the whole day.

Probably just some sketchy bacteria colony. You don't have to trash it... but a SERIOUS boiling and several rinses with rubbing alcohol appear to be in order

Yeah I'm gonna have to go with the general consensus of "where's the pics?!" That's just too cool sounding to not have pics of.

 

That would be far out if that was a new species that fed on bong water. Then they would have to legalize weed so we wouldn't kill off the new species. We could name the new species Jerryoctani.

 

It's probably just mold from the juice like Magical mentioned. A couple years ago when I was cleaning out my fridge I came across a pitcher of old juice in the corner of the fridge, and on top of the juice was a nasty slimy circle of mold. I guess it could have resembled some goofy aqautic creature...if I had been stoned at the time.

 

Interesting, do you have any pix of it? How did you know it was apple juice? did it taste like or smell like it? Or just looked like it? Maybe the mysterious creature was one of those buff looking spiders with the sides of the legs clumped together.. Jumping spiders I think.

Yeah I hope you didn't put your mouth on that thing, I couldn't even imagine how bad that smell would have been.

I also am having a hard time wondering why someone would pick that shit up and get close enough to look at it...

I'd ditch it and SOAK the bong at least 2 different times in 99% Isopropyl, I doubt I would even use the bong anymore if that thing looks like how I'm thinking it looked. I'd be scared of it.
