Help With these Forums

well im starting to be on hipforums alot, usually just in the marijuana section cause you guys are cool.

i wanted to know how to put a pic in that box on the left side and then how to have like a pic and quote or words or something like alot of ppl have?

there've been many valuable members who either A) observed the forums for a long time getting to know the environment before joining or posting and B) plenty of valuable long timeposters with real low post counts. and then there's my favorite category C) the know it all cheese fans with a buncha worthless posts

 

how many of us fall into that category?
