Hey, I'd really appreciate it if you would try not to use that word. I find it really offensive, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. We're all kind and creative people here; I think we can think of nicer words to use.

Going back and checking S-1's posts in other threads, he is very articulate. It seems that here, and in a few other threads, he is making an overt attempt to be "hip". What he needs to realize is that he does not get to decide what makes a "hippie". In todays world, a person who calls them self a hippie is one who has stepped outside of conformity to do what he or she believes is right. Dissing someone for not conforming to their view of hippie is the most unhip thing of all.
S-1, if you want to make an impact on people, do not insult their mothers, do not accuse them of being fake, use the brain god/goddess/etc. gave you and make yourself understood. I have seen you do it, so your not stupid, just annoying. (As Tom so aptly pointed out.)
