If you couldn't buy or sell being high because of some nationwide standardized easy screening test, would you stop getting high?

im not really sure what he means by that question. but if there was an easy way to screen for smoking bud then it seems like it would be used already. it would be hard for me to stop getting high. i dunno if i could stop getting high that would be hard lol

lol that would be retarded and outragously expensive for the states. drug tests are already expensive for jobs and courts i couldnt imagine everyone just having to get tested. they would really have to come up with some cheapo ways of detecting the use of it if thats what he did mean. lol

They're starting to do it in highschools, at first it was just athletes now the county is saying all students should be drug tested by the year 2010 in my county, so yes this could be possible. Luckily, I graduate soon.
