The Whiners

I now totally get why that place is named that. Maybe we should rename RT to The Douchebags? Haha, I'd much rather be a total douche than a whiner.

I thought this Random Thought was going to be longer...I'm sorry for wasting your time.

 

I dunno if you're aware of it or not, but The Whiners used to be Young Hippies.

A few months ago when Skip started cracking down on shit like posting without "an appropriate title that pertains to the subject," etc., everyone there got really pissed off and had some really ridiculous online pseudo-rebellion. And bitched constantly.

So he changed our name to The Whiners and moved the forum down there. Which is why Young Hippies no longer exists...

But most of the people who posted there have taken over the personal forums, and now The Whiners actually is a place where people go to whine (or folks who used to post in Young Hippies and aren't aware that we all switched forums )

 

the things one learns. i had just immagined whoever modded it gave it that name out of some sort of twisted irony.

well we do live in a world that gives us a LOT to whine about. but we also do BECAUSE of refusing to think about the kind of incentives the priorities we actually live be statisticly combine to create.

does the Whiners HAVE a mod ?.....Oh HELL...sorry Skip..Im WAY behind the times...last i was aware there was a debate going on whether to have a mod there or not.

 

all assholes are welcomed here, as long as they don't mind being treated like an asshole by the other assholes.

i like it but i just think the douchebags has a better ring for a forum title; it's also short and to the point- less than half as many syllables
