Colds....

    ok, so. I have this cold. Ive had it for say, 5 days. Anyway, I was wondering what I should eat to help it. First it was a runny nose, then a wicked cough, and now its both. I tried claritin but it didn't do anything. I also had chicken noodle soup and nothing. Any suggestions?

    Lots of echinacea tea. Lots of water. Lots of broths and soups. And most importantly, lots of rest.

    Sounds like you have what I had a couple of weeks ago.
    I got some aleve cold and sinus & drank hot tea- and if you smoke...try to quit for a couple of days (i know its hard) cuz it only drags out the healing process.

    ive always used a 50-50 tincture of echinacea and barberry or goldenseal, most symptoms are usually gone the next morning

    In addition to the above, make sure you get plenty of rest.

    i forgot to add you will only need about 45-50 drops of each and stinkfoots correct get plenty of rest with that.

    apples , oranges, apple juice orange juice, lots of water!!!, GOJI Berries!!!! Dont buy cold medicine, Bananas will help too, stay away from ALL dairy for a while , when your cold is gone, keep eating , drinking all this stuff, because your immune system is down, u need it back at full strength
