its not really a credit card, there not actually loaning you any money. its all pre paid so basically its just a gift card that works any where visa is taken.
Yeah its basically a bank card, but you can use it on the internet. If you don't have the money, you can't buy anything. Ive been ripped off by paypal before so I'm thinkin this might be a bit safer
