if you mean shapeshifter in a David Icke global conspiracy sense a shapeshifter is one of a reptilian race that make up the world's ruling class

 

skin dancer. i don't know why people insist on making everything have to be some kind of a big deal to be scared of though, other then i guess some people just like to scare themselves and each other.

like anything else, there neither has to be nor not be. i don't know for certain of ever having personally met one. but even that might be is possible.
