So, I picked up these noodles today. They look good, but I'm afraid of ruining them. I was thinking of adding some tempeh to them, but I'm not sure how to do it in any decent way....I'm not exactly good with the asian foods yet, having come from a meat'n'tater family. I'd like to make a meal with them.

    Any ideas?

I'm willing to give anything a try :)

Tempeh would probably be great with noodles. I think tempeh is delicious...

You want to make an asian dish? I'd stir-fry tofu with some veggies like zucchini, onion, broccoli and mushrooms. Ponzu sauce (citrus soy sauce) is my favorite, but there are a ton of good choices.
