Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

    I LOVE pumpkin pie! so I was delighted when I found this


    Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
    2 cups 2% milk
    1/2 cup ice
    2 scoops Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Mix
    1 cup Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 T. Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
    Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

    Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 268 Calories; 8g Fat (25.1% calories from fat); 29g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 48mg Cholesterol; 187mg Sodium.

    I dont have any french whey protein stuff. Could I skip out on that?

    You could probably skip that, unless your looking for protien lol. I would skip that, add less ice, and add some vanilla icecream, maybe even a teaspoon of malt powder. That would be tasty!
