Bob’s Red Mill Flaxseed Meal Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 268 Calories; 8g Fat (25.1% calories from fat); 29g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 48mg Cholesterol; 187mg Sodium.
You could probably skip that, unless your looking for protien lol. I would skip that, add less ice, and add some vanilla icecream, maybe even a teaspoon of malt powder. That would be tasty!
