how do you bust up a bud?

i always do it like that too.

 

i just put it on the table and take it a part with my fingers. if it's nice bud, or if i have sticky fingers, then i either use a grinder or put it in a shot glass and use small scissors to cut it up. however, when i'm packing a hookah i can usually just put the entire bud in since it'll all burn anyway.
