Help a fellow pothead...

    Well I have a U.A. this coming up Monday and I smoked last Sunday. Now besides drinking a shit load of water and excercising what else could I do to clean my system? I have heard so many different ways to clean my system but it always seems like I also always have someone there to tell me that this and that wont work. So anyone know any for sure ways to clean my system out? I also shroomed 2 days ago, smoked salvia yesterday, and did oxycontin like 4 days ago... I know shrooms and salvia dont show up but what bout oxyxontin how long does that stay in your system? oh well I'm not so much worried about that I just have to get that sweet maryjane outa me!

    A buddy of mine smoked 5 days before a urine test and passed by drinking a ton of water, running for about 30 min every day, doing his normal lifting routine, and doing shots of vinegar. Hes also a very lean individual and Ive heard thc absorbs into body fat which he doesnt have much at all.

    Yup fatties have a much harder time passing drug tests, thats a given.

    Sweat a lot, get running, go to the gym, whatever.. in combination with water you should pass fine.

    actually you don't really wanna exercise a lot (or so i've heard). at least not right before the test b/c that can cause the thc to be released from breaking down fat cells and therefore be detected by the test. if you don't exercise and don't break down the fat, the thc shouldn't get excreted as much and won't be detectable.

    lots of water and tea (has more flavor than water!) go to a gym with a sauna (but dont stay in there too long) and drink more water. I smoked on a sunday, went to the recruiters on wednesday (well, he sad i didnt and to go drink a lot of water come back friday/ saturday) I went back saturday and was clean enough to join.
    I think that if you are on the chubby side you should have quit 2 weeks ago, but if you are lean you should be fine. I heard somewhere that fasting or limiting food can work, because the body will use the fat you have for energy, but I dont know if that is true.
