then this is not an artist i would go back to if i were you...its unsanitary and causes very bad skin problems with tattoos...trust me i have 23 very expensive and well done tattoos that i paid a pretty penny for, and i know ALOT of reputable artists...trust me hun, its not something u want to do to a tat...you'll regret it down the line
we cover our tattoos for the first hour, just to keep things out of the fresh wound, I am usually antsy and uncover it after 45 min... wrapping in plastic wrap for 5 hours sounds to be a bit much, then putting the wrap back on to sleep is crazy, it has to air out... Ink is going to bleed out regardless, but the more you sweat the more ink will bleed out and the bigger chance of getting it infected =(
yup yup wrapping it up is a big no no...usually an artist will cover itith a paper towel, or soemthing of the likes, and then leave it be for an hour, then remove the paper towel, and wash it really good with an antibacterial soap and then(depending on what an artist tells you) a thin layer of vitamin a&d ointment, or i use bag balm....and no ive never had color fade out from using it, actually bag balm has helped them stay brighter
nice...i have a stealie on the small of my back...and as my tattoo artist said...there is nothing sexier than a woman with a skull tattooed on her....
O i had it touched up by him friday and i asked him what he thought about it. He said that was the best way hes found of doing it for healing and hes had over a 100 hours of work on himself. Plus the anti-bacteria he uses kills shit for 6 hours after using it. I mean mine barely scabbed up and its only for the first night too.
That tat is incredible! I have a 3 inch feather in about the same place you have your tat, but your feathers are much nicer!
