Sometimes I feel kind of down. Hopefully somebody here knows the feeling (so i don't end up just looking like a crazy fool), but have you ever just plainly felt like your mind/body aren't working in unison with eachother? I just feel like I need to restore the connectivity, so if anybody can offer some advice I'd be extremely grateful. Thnaks a lot :)

T'ai Chi is another option. There are lots of ways. Take your pick I guess. I have been into Yoga and Tai Chi. Both work great for that.

    yoga literally translated means 'union'

of what? mind and body... or furthermore, mind and universe, or even furthermore.... everything...

but like other people said, yes yoga is good

I believe in addressing causes rather than treating symptoms.

Pay attention to your diet. There may be something in what you're eating thats triggering what you describe.

Keep a record of what you eat and at what time. Compare this with your moods.

    Look for a pattern.

Another thing. At your age, nothing is really set in concrete yet. You may just be experiencing normal mood swings because of your "raging" hormone levels. If so, this will level out as you grow into adulthood.
